About Total Flow Services Ltd
Ten years on the tools.
One promise — do it properly.
We're the plumbing and drainage team Kent homeowners, landlords and businesses call when they want the job done right the first time — and a written guarantee to back it up.
Our story
A Rochester firm built on word-of-mouth.
Total Flow Services Ltd was founded in Rochester by engineers who'd spent years working for the big national outfits — and got tired of watching customers pay over the odds for rushed, half-finished work.
Today we cover Kent, London and the Home Counties with a tight team of Gas Safe, L8 and water-regs certified engineers. We specialise in emergency plumbing, blocked drains, leak detection, CCTV surveys, boilers, water treatment and groundworks — the full plumbing & drainage stack under one roof, so you only deal with one trusted firm.
We work for homeowners, landlords, letting agents, facilities managers and main contractors. Same engineers, same standards, whether it's a burst pipe at 3am or a scheduled survey for a £2m purchase.
